LTS is responsible for opening cases with Ex Libris related to Alma issues (Acquisitions, Cataloging/Metadata, Fulfillment/Circulation, Systems/Technical). Open a case with LTS using their online ticketing system. Discovery Administrators (LDG reps) and designated E-Resources Librarians are permitted to open Primo (user discovery) cases with Ex Libris.
