Creating a Custom Search Profile:

I. Create a Search Profile
Discovery > Search Configuration > Search Profiles > Search Profiles Tab > Select "Add a search profile"

Enter the following:
Code:
Display Name:
Description:

Under "List of Scopes included in Search Profile":
Select Add Scope:
-My Campus (Select the specific campus)
-Central Index (Filter by Availability)

Save

This will create a Search Profile which can be applied via a Search Profile slot in a specific Primo View.

II.  Apply Search Profile Slot

Discovery > Display Configuration > Configure Views > Select the Desired Campus View > Edit > Search Profile Slots Tab > Add a Slot > Select the Scope created in Step 1


Enter the following:
Code:
Display Name:
Description:
Tooltip:

Toggle the Search Scope created to "active"
Save Profile

"PC_Physical_Electronic"  was configured as an example/reference for Phoenix College:

Location: Discovery > Search Configuration > Search Profiles
It is applied in the Phoenix College View as "Everything_PC"
Discovery > View Configuration > 01MARICOPA_INST:PC > Edit > Search Profile (Everything_PC / Everything at Phoenix College)
